Wine with a soul, not by chance

Discover the spanish sun captured in a glass and start your wine journey in a place where passion meets a laid-back vibe

Before the first glass

Spain doesn’t introduce itself loudly. It reveals itself slowly – through landscapes, through people, and most of all… through what ends up in your glass.

We didn’t come here to create a wine list. We came here, like many do, for the sun, the pace, the promise of something different. But somewhere between conversations with locals, long afternoons that turned into evenings, and those unexpected glasses of wine we didn’t plan to order – something shifted.

We realized that wine in Spain is not just a product. It’s a story that changes depending on where you are, who you’re with, and how willing you are to explore. And that’s exactly how we want you to experience it here.

At Boca Boca, our wine list is not fixed – because we aren’t. We are learning, tasting, discovering. Sometimes we fall in love with a bottle instantly. Sometimes it takes time. But every wine you’ll find here reflects a moment in that journey – something we’ve chosen, questioned, and decided is worth sharing with you.

So this is not just a list. It’s an invitation.

An invitation to discover Spain through wine – not the obvious way, but our way.
Not through famous labels you already know, but through bottles that surprised us, stayed with us, and made us pause for a second longer than expected. Through small discoveries, unexpected favorites, and wines that taste different depending on the moment, the company, and even the mood. This is our Spain – not the one you read about, but the one we are still exploring, one glass at a time.

The Boca Boca way

We didn’t build this list to impress – we built it to connect. Every wine here has a reason. A place. A memory. A story behind why it ended up on your table. So take your time. Ask questions. Try something unexpected.

Because sometimes the best part of the evening starts with a glass you didn’t plan to order.

Abadia Mercier – easy, honest, dangerously drinkable

This is where many journeys begin.

Available as white, red, or rosé, Abadia Mercier is our definition of a wine that doesn’t try too hard – and wins because of it. It’s smooth, approachable, and incredibly easy to enjoy from the very first sip. This is the wine people order “just for one glass”… and then quietly ask for another.

Why we chose it:
Because not every moment needs complexity. Some just need a good, honest glass of wine.

Perfect for:
starting the evening, light bites, relaxed conversations that don’t need a plan.

Finca Verdejo – sunshine in a glass

This is Andalusia in its brightest mood.

Fresh, aromatic, with notes of citrus and green apple, Finca Verdejo brings energy to the table. It’s crisp without being sharp, expressive without being overwhelming. You’ll feel it instantly – this is a wine that wakes up your palate.

Why we chose it:
Because it makes seafood sing, salads feel fresher, and afternoons last longer than expected.

Perfect for:
seafood, burrata, salads, and those moments when you say “just one glass in the sun”.

Viña Oja Rioja – the comfort of something timeless

There’s a reason Rioja is loved all over the world.

Viña Oja is soft, rounded, and beautifully balanced. Red fruit, a touch of spice, a gentle structure that feels familiar in the best possible way. It doesn’t challenge you – it welcomes you.

Why we chose it:
Because some wines don’t need to prove anything. They simply deliver pleasure, every single time.

Perfect for:
meat dishes, tapas, and evenings that unfold slowly, glass by glass.

Ribera del Duero – depth, power, presence

This is the wine for when you want something more.

Ribera del Duero brings intensity – darker fruit, deeper structure, and a bold character that stays with you. It’s confident, expressive, and made for food that has weight and soul. You don’t rush this wine. You sit with it.

Why we chose it:
Because some dishes – and some evenings – deserve a wine that makes a statement.

Perfect for:
steak, slow-cooked beef, rich dishes, and conversations that go deeper than planned.

Navasacal Garnacha (Rosé) – the color of a fading sunset

This is not just a rosé; it’s a mood. Navasacal captures that fleeting moment when the sun dips below the horizon and the sky turns a dusty pink. It’s light, vibrant, and carries the playful soul of the Garnacha grape, offering a refreshing brightness that feels like a Mediterranean breeze.

Why we chose it: Because every wine journey needs a moment of pure, pink joy. It’s a wine that reminds us to stop, breathe, and enjoy the view.

Perfect for: Sunset watching, light appetizers, and those long summer afternoons that you never want to end.

Graciante Joven (Rioja) – the vibrant pulse of tradition

While some Riojas are about the passage of time, Graciante Joven is about the energy of the present. It’s Rioja in its most honest, youthful form—unmasked and full of life. Expect a burst of fresh red berries and a vitality that reflects the very heart of Spanish winemaking.

Why we chose it: Because it brings the prestigious spirit of Rioja to the table without the formality. It’s approachable, energetic, and unapologetically fresh.

Perfect for: Sharing stories with friends, classic tapas, and evenings that need a spark of Spanish energy.

Embrumas Verdejo Viura – a harmonious coastal whisper

This is a beautiful conversation between two iconic grapes. The zest of Verdejo meets the floral elegance of Viura, creating a wine that is balanced, sophisticated, and incredibly refreshing. It’s like a walk along the shore—salty air, bright light, and a sense of complete calm.

Why we chose it: Because sometimes balance is the ultimate complexity. We loved how these two varieties complement each other, creating something better than they are alone.

Perfect for: Fresh seafood, garden salads, and those quiet moments when you need a glass of pure clarity.

Embrumas Verdejo Semidulce Afrutado – the sweetness of a summer dream

Not every wine needs to be serious; some are simply meant to be delicious. This “Semidulce” is a tribute to the sweeter side of life. It’s fruity, soft, and carries a gentle sweetness that lingers like a fond memory. It’s a hug in a glass for those who love their wine with a bit more fruit and soul.

Why we chose it: Because life is meant to be tasted in all its flavors. This wine is a reminder that a little sweetness can turn an ordinary evening into a celebration.

Perfect for: Spicy dishes, fruity desserts, or as a treat for those who prefer a softer, sunnier profile.

Un Joven (Ribera del Duero) – raw, bold, and unfiltered

Un Joven is an introduction to the power of Ribera del Duero in its purest state. It doesn’t hide behind years of oak; instead, it shows you the strength of the land and the intensity of the grape. It’s bold, dark, and carries a presence that demands your attention from the first pour.

Why we chose it: Because it’s a wine with nothing to hide. We fell in love with its raw intensity and the way it speaks clearly about where it comes from.

Perfect for: Grilled meats, deep conversations, and when you want a wine that has a real “bite.”

Finca Engalia Joven (Ribera del Duero) – the elegance of the earth

Where “Un Joven” is raw power, Finca Engalia is refined strength. It brings the characteristic depth of Ribera del Duero but with a smoothness that makes it incredibly drinkable. It’s a wine that feels grounded-connected to the soil and the ancient traditions of the region.

Why we chose it: Because it captures the soul of the Ribera region in a way that feels both timeless and modern. It’s a bottle that brings a sense of place to any table.

Perfect for: Slow-cooked dishes, hearty meals, and nights when the company is as rich as the wine.

Prosecco – the sound of something starting

There’s a very specific sound when a bottle of Prosecco opens. It means something is about to happen. Light, sparkling, and joyful, this is the wine of beginnings – celebrations, first meetings, spontaneous decisions to stay a little longer.

Why we chose it:
Because every place needs a bottle that turns an ordinary moment into something worth remembering.

Perfect for:
aperitivo, desserts, or simply saying “let’s celebrate… something”.

Cava Mistinguett – elegance with a Spanish soul

If Prosecco is playful, Cava is a little more composed. Mistinguett brings fine bubbles, freshness, and that subtle depth that makes it feel just a bit more serious – without losing the joy. It’s Spain in a glass, but dressed for the evening.

Why we chose it:
Because sometimes you want bubbles that feel just a little more refined.

Perfect for:
toasts, seafood, lighter dishes – or when the night deserves something a touch more elegant.

This is just the beginning

Our wine list will grow.

But it will grow slowly, carefully, and always with the same rule:
every bottle must have a reason to be here. Until then – this is our selection. Small, but chosen with intention.

And if you ask us what to try… we’ll probably say: something you didn’t plan to order.

It starts with one glass
